HND课程的课程授课

课程授课

课堂教学由考核员组织。考核员需要熟悉员工指导书和参考材料,仔细研究课程大纲,理解教学知识和技能目标,并设计了相应的授课计划,准备了教案和课件,以及其他必要的教学材料。主要做到:

1. 每次上课前,教师应保证课程大纲、员工指导书、教案、课件到位;使用多媒体教学的教师应提前调试设备及课件,做好课前准备工作。

2.教师进入课堂要注重仪表,衣冠整洁,举止文明,使用规范文字和用语,语言表达要准确和简练。

3.课堂讲授要少而精、因材施教。语言清晰流畅,板书清楚规范,表达生动活泼,科学严谨,突出重点、难点和疑点。

4.教师应有效地组织案例分析和课堂讨论。教师可以设计多种学习活动,鼓励员工积极参与。课堂教学大部分时间应致力于员工的活动,包括讨论,操作,角色扮演和演讲。

5.课堂讨论要在充分准备的基础上进行,教师应事先拟好讨论提纲,安排好实施步骤,采取以实际工作为背景的讨论和研究。

6.实践教学是培养员工进行科学实验,观察分析现象、认识事物规律,提高实践动手能力重要教学手段。实践教学包括实验课和教学实习环节,教师必须进行实验指导。

7.教师要重视教学效果信息反馈,及时听取员工对课程教学的意见、要求与建议。

8.教师应保持员工的出勤记录。员工如果不能出席听课,必须向任课教师负责任地提出申请许可,否则被认为是逃课。逃课达20%的课时,不得参加课程考核。

9.教师应当按照教学时间认真授课,不得随意调(停)课、并课和更换教室;不得迟到或早退;不得无故缺席;教师因公差、出访、员工活动、因私请假或病假,须履行审批手续并报教务处备案。

10.课外辅导是教学活动的重要部分。主要包括:指导员工制定学习计划,复习和预习员工指导书,查阅文献资料和阅读参考书,指导员工掌握独立学习的规律和科学的学习方法。

11.教师应根据实际情况,有计划地对员工进行答疑。安排辅导答疑的时间、地点、方式并通知员工。答疑形式可以多样性,提倡通过网络、通讯等方式,建立沟通平台。

       12.教师应平等地对待员工的婚姻状况,种族,民族血统,年龄,性别,社会背景或其他事宜,不得有歧视行为发生。

Delivery of Course

Classroom teaching is organized by an assessor, who is required to have a good command of Unit Student Guide, references and unit specification, comprehend the teaching knowledge and skill objectives, design the corresponding delivery plan, lesson plan, teaching courseware and other necessary teaching materials, covering the following aspects:

1. Before each class, unit specification, Unit Student Guide, lesson plans, and teaching courseware assignments should be provided; if multi-media equipments is needed, pre-testing is necessary.

2. The teachers should pay attention to their appearance, tidily dressed, behave well, using standardized script and wordings, with accurate and precise oral expression.

3. The content of lecturing should be refined, catering to the aptitude of the different candidates. The Courses should be delivered lively, scientifically, and academically, in clear and smooth voice, with good blackboard-writing, stressed on keynotes, difficult points and puzzlements.

4. The teachers should organize case study and class discussion effectively. Teachers will design a variety of learning activities and the students must actively participate in them. The majority of the time in class will be devoted to the activities of the students, including discussions, operations, role-play and presentations.

5. Class discussion should be based on detailed preparation, the teachers should set the outline for discussion in advance, arrange the procedures to implement, guide the discussion and research under the practical working backdrop.

6. Practical teaching is to good way to cultivate the students’ ability to conduct scientific experiments, observe and analyze the phenomenon, recognize the regular patterns, improve practical working ability. It includes experimental lessons and internship; both are under the teachers’ guidance.

7. The teachers should pay attention to the feedbacks on teaching effect, timely listen to the opinions, demands and suggestions made by the students.

8. The teacher should keep records of student attendance. Candidates are required to attend at least 80% teaching hours of the course. The students who fail to meet the requirement are not allowed to conduct unit assessment.

9. The teachers shall be serious about delivering a course as per teaching time, shall not be late for classes, dismiss classes earlier than schedule, being absent from lecturing, leaving classes without permission, taking the liberty to shift classes, suspend classes, take over classes for absent teachers, or adjust classroom; any leaves taken should be subject to prior permission from the dean’s office.

10. Extracurricular coaching is also one of the important parts in teaching activities, including: to guide students to formulate learning plan, preview and review Unit Student Guide, go through literature information and reference books, grasp the independent learning rule, and the scientific learning methods.

11. The teachers should answer students’ questions according to the plan and current situation. The time, place, and instruments should be informed to students. The mode of Question-answering may be diverse, the communication platform through internet and telecommunication is recommended.  

12. Teachers should treat the candidates equally without any discrimination on marital status, race, ethnic origin, age, gender, social background.
